Candle Warranty Policy
At Botanica Manto Negro, we take pride in creating candles with care, intention, and quality materials. Each candle is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.
Our candles are covered by a limited warranty for defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty applies only to candles that arrive damaged, defective, or unusable due to an issue caused during production or shipping.
What Is Covered
This warranty may cover:
Damaged or broken candle jars upon delivery
Incorrect item received
Missing items from an order
Manufacturing defects that make the candle unsafe or unusable
Severe wax separation, leakage, or damage caused before delivery
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by improper candle use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow candle safety instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Tunneling caused by improper first burn
Sooting caused by an untrimmed wick
Burning the candle for too long
Leaving a candle unattended
Moving the candle while wax is melted
Burning near drafts, fans, curtains, bedding, paper, or other flammable items
Damage caused after delivery
Normal variations in color, scent strength, wax texture, or handcrafted appearance
For best performance and safety, candles should be burned within sight, kept away from flammable materials, kept away from children and pets, and not burned longer than recommended. The National Candle Association advises trimming wicks, keeping candles away from flammable items, and generally not burning candles longer than 4 hours at a time.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. The FTC recommends that customers keep their receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase for warranty-related claims.
Important Safety Notice
Candles are fire-burning products and must always be used responsibly. Botanica Manto Negro is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unattended burning, unsafe placement, or failure to follow the candle care and safety instructions provided with the product.
Product Warranty Policy
At Botanica Manto Negro, our 3D printed products are made with care, inspected before shipment, and packaged to help protect them during transit. Because 3D printed items are produced layer by layer, small variations in texture, layer lines, finish, color tone, and minor surface marks are normal and are not considered defects.
What Is Covered
Our 3D printed products are covered by a limited warranty for defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty may cover:
Items that arrive broken or damaged
Incorrect item received
Missing items from an order
Major printing defects that affect the product’s use
Severe warping, cracking, or structural failure present upon delivery
Parts that do not fit together due to a manufacturing issue
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, modification, heat exposure, moisture exposure, dropping the item, or failure to follow care instructions.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal 3D print layer lines or texture
Minor surface imperfections
Slight color variations between prints
Small support marks or sanding marks
Damage caused after delivery
Items left in hot cars, direct sunlight, or near heat sources
Broken pieces caused by dropping or bending
Paint, finish, or coating damage from improper cleaning
Custom design changes after approval

Important Care Notice
3D printed products should be handled with care. Do not expose them to extreme heat, open flame, prolonged direct sunlight, water, harsh chemicals, or excessive force. Some products may be intended for decorative use only and should not be used as food-safe items, toys, outdoor equipment, or load-bearing objects unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Botanica Manto Negro is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unsafe handling, improper placement, modification, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
